HOW TO ORDER - AND WHERE WE DELIVER.

ORDERING IS VERY EASY

PAYMENTS ARE EITHER Cash Upon Delivery

• DECIDE WHAT YOU WANT To HIRE or What you wish to ask us.

THEN

• EMAIL us info@holidayhires.net or call us on 0034 677 583 589 or 0034 662 660 632.
• We will confirm your booking by return email or during the phonecall (if it is a same day hire).
• You supply :
  • Full Spanish address of accomodation with driving directions if available.
  • Name accomodation was booked under.
  • Mobile number(s) whilst in Spain and Contact numbers of person receiving equipment..
  • Flight numbers and arrival/departure times.
  • Requested delivery and collection times (please give 1 hour slots, i.e. 1pm-2pm).
  • Age sex and weight of children if hiring baby equipment.
  • Sex and weight if hiring mobility equipment.
  • If paying by PayPal you supply your PayPal email address.
• You make your payment if paying by PayPal
• Your equipment is delivered to the agreed dropoff point.
• We install the equipment and/or show you how it works.
• We take your cash payment and refundable deposit.

You enjoy your holiday!

• We return on the agreed date and pickup time to collect the hired equipment.
• Your deposit is returned (please see notes below)

The hired equipment is then serviced and cleaned where appropriate before being return to stock.

PLEASE NOTE

1. Collections Take Priority Over Deliveries.

2. If you are not at your accomodation at the agreed time and are uncontactable on the phone number(s) you gave us at time of booking, and we have to rearrange delivery / collection there will be 10 euros deducted from the refundable deposit for every failed attempt to deliver/collect equipment.

3. Equipment that is found to unacceptably soiled/dirty (i.e. not from normal use) will have a 10 euro cleaning surcharge deducted from the refundable deposit.

4. Full Deposit will be retained if there has been wilful damage to the equipment.

5. All mobility equipment MUST ONLY be used by the person orginally hired for.
